- Team installation of new computers and removal / distribution of old computers for various schools without disrupting normal school activities. Manually replacing, connecting and making sure all wires are cleanly hidden. Usage of Ghost to deploy the Windows Operating System and all necessary software to newly installed and redistributed computers.
- Responsible for the maintenance and inventory of several warehouses for the school board during the “infusion” process (name for the computer upgrades across the school board over the course of a year). “Pre-Ghosting” any computers needing special system setups. Destruction and recycling of computers deemed too old.
- Help Desk. Responding to various troubleshooting requests. Rapid analysis and appropriate response. Coordination with other technicians and help desk staff.
